First caution out of the way for Marlin. Meanwhile Martin still dominates from pole. Can he take a win?

2nd caution for debris. Maybe a pit lead change?

...and yes there is. Kurt leads the race.
Hmm, cheeky shove on Reutimann from Truex in the pits there. |

It is grand to see Truex having a decent run. He often does in the earlier parts of races, though, but has it go a bit pear-shaped later on. We'll see, I guess.
I dunno if Martin is going to win. He's been doing to well to win, perhaps. I suppose that could be a bit paradoxical, but the transition to night leaves a lot up in the air. |

Well, the I bet the superhype Earnhardt is hoping the night part does him better - he's 33rd at the moment.

We're almost at half distance. We're only four cars down (Marlin, Nemechek, Blaney & Raines).
Trouble for Gordon - needs a new tyre. |

Loving the livery on the 11 this week, makes a change from the usual array of blacks they run.

Dale's enjoying his false lead quite a bit - but now it's Tony's turn

Martin preserves into the night as a proposition for the win. Young Earnhardt tries his flash in he pan out of sequence trick.

JPM to run the pits for speeding. He was running too well. A problem of some sort had to catch up with him eventually.

Stewart with his new team and old temperment should be overwhelmed and out of his depth. Instead he's gained a new lease of life, is more relaxed and the success is coming. Great to see.
