Nina and I will be there - but not in a Marshal capacity. Nina is running in the MR2 Championship and this is the first race race of the year for us, and indeed our first 750 Race.

Look out for a matt black MR2 Mk1 with twin white viper stripes, #74. Sadly it also has a KITT light on the front

You all have my full permission to take the widdle big time if she goes off at your post. But hopefully she won't.

We fully expect the MK1's (there are 6) to be at the back of the big pack of MK2's and then we fully expect Nina to be at the back of those 6 as the other guys are more experienced. Still - give her a cheer on - she'll appreciate it. She will most certainly wave on the slow down lap!

Anyone wants to visit in the Paddock - feel free - you are welcome. The MR2's will be up by the Hailwood Bar (usefully!!).

We should be there Sat afternoon onwards.

Just make sure you don't get any more Stock Hatch's doing the front flip.

I like marshalling for 750 MC so this weekend was one of the first that went on my list this year. Unfortunately a family event has been scheduled that drags me away on the Saturday, but am still looking forward to doing the Sunday.

On duty for the old bodyshop, but here's hoping no spare parts required urgently. Then I can get to enjoy the antithesis of the BTCC, the only other race meeting of the year I've managed so far.

How do you mean?

But I have to cancel I'm afraid, as my mum made a fall today resulting in some cuts and bruises.
So I stay at home to keep an eye on her.

It seems you're all safe for two weeks.

Really sorry to hear that Eddy.
Hope your mum gets better soon.
I'm sure the cheque we'll send her, for making you stay at home (ensuring our safety) will make her feel better.
Mind you, Tracey (Red Flag) Vince is still going to be there!

mouth big me and my. Been here since 4

If the traffic's light should still make it for 9, call to Peter coming up soon.
Don't want to miss the day. Last 750 I did was way back - Red Flag Vince's first day ISTR, along with Calvin "Klein" in his trademark hat.

Eddy sorry to hear about your mother - hope she recovers soon. I'll try and maintain your standards, though I may be snoozing by 6.

Anyone have any news on the wellbeing of the Mr2 drivers after that frankly horrific accident today? Well done to the marshals/med crews for dealing with the situation though, was very nasty indeed
