This clubnight completes 5 years of running them as the 1st (since they were re-started) was April 2007 with Barrie Williams as guest. During this time we have had a very good assortment of speakers and also some very good factory / collection visits.

Looks like I have not missed Lord Paul Drayson, hopefully some frantic phone calls from Bob and Fay have found a replacement.

With Paul Drayson being called in to the House of Lords at short notice several phone calls were made to local drivers, Fay eventually talked Iain Rowley in to coming along for the evening. Iain managed to tell a few good stories and kept us entertained for the evening. Thank you Iain.

Iain, sorry I could not be there to here your tales but I`m sure Fay will tell me all about the night. Thanks for stepping in at the last minute, I wonder when the last time was you were a substitute for a Lord ???

Would be great if you could get Steve Nichols to come along, he should have some great stories about his time with McLaren.

Hope to catch up with you in the near future.

sorry to have missed this session, but chose not to share my cold with you all.
Iain without a burger on one hand and a beer in the other when meeting up with the orange army? never thought that would happen ....
