PZR should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Early Brabham suspension parts source?

Can anybody advise me on where to source ( original / replica / repro ) suspension parts for early Brabhams?

I've been tasked with sourcing some parts for a sports racing car that's being rebuilt / recommissioned abroad, and the car - whilst not actually having been built by Brabham - used some early Brabham parts. The suspension is apparently all BT8.

Was the BT8 type suspension used on other early Brabhams, and does anyone make anything for them?

Cheers!
Alan T.

If Peter Denty can't help Crosthwaite and Gardiner make various Brabham uprights etc.

I've got in touch with Peter Denty, and I'm very hopeful that we can get hold of the parts required.

Many thanks for the help.

I rebuilt my BT21A twice. One shunt required 40% of the chassis frame and two corners including cast uprights etc. replacing. using components made by Retro.
Retro have the ability to fabricate and weld to the highest standards. They are in fact CAA (UK Aviation Authority approved engineers). Matthew's knowledge of Brabhams and similar period racing cars of any make is unsurpassed. It is their speciality. And very nice people to deal with!
