gravel_monkey should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Dave Brand, friend or foe

right, i have been away for a while and not annoyed people, looking at the recent posts they are all serious so thought i would do this.

Dave Brand, friend to you or foe.

personally i love him, he taught me loads when i started, always says hi, resembles Murray walker, however he will never share his ice cream and after one of my first meetings at anglesey as a newbie and he fell off the tyre wall on camera while getting a bottle i had left going to an incident i am always worried one day revenge will come.
so friend but with reservations lol

go for it

Mr Brand

My first intro to Dave..........Knickerbrook cold windy Saturday morning 6 years ago.......First race of the day and a FF1600 off and into the barriers......i picked up a bottle and ran full tilt down to the barrier break where i got the driver out and felt quite pleased as it was my first attempt!......After the race i walked back to the post only to be greeted by Dave with a scowl on his face! "Why ?when there were a set of bottles at the barrier break , did you run all the way with another bottle?" he said in his best Dads Army voice......i replied "coz id rather have two than nowt!!!".......He looked at me like i had a squirrel on my head and said "Fair comment"......at the time i felt ticked off but after further meetings i realized that Dave is a Gem, and that on a long cold wet day at Druids his jokes can make the day even longer!.........

What are these 'bottles'? Do you mean fire extinguishers???

Beer comes in a bottle.
