Final F.Renault Eurocup Round

I thought that the final round of the Formula Renault Eurocup was supposed to be yesterday!

Eurosport didn't show anything. The Renault site has news from Jarama.

I was waiting yesterday for coverage of the last Formula Renault Eurocup race, but Eurosport didn't show anything.

The race was yesterday, but I don't nothing about the results.
I hope Augusto Farfus is the new champion.
He is a good driver and I met him this year and talked a lot with him.
A great driver and a nice guy.
The new Felippe Massa, I think.
He will test the Draco F3000 car and can maybe replace him next.

Ricardo van der Ende became the first champion new Formula Chrysler Euroseries (ISSC).

Sorry, the last race of the season is at 4 novembre and not this weekend at Estoril.
At the moment they don't know at which circuit.
4 novembere is the final.

Farfus tested already a F3000 car at 16 and 17 octobre.

The last race of the Formula Renault Eurocup will take place at Novembre 4th.
The circuit is Estoril.
This will be the place for all the European Renault Championships, like the Clio's and FRenault.

Thanx for the info. The commentators on Eurosport did mention it.

I also hope Farfus gets the title. I hope he gets an International F3000 seat and not a Euro F3000 seat.

cesar campinico (?) won the italian round of the championship at estoril from ryan briscoe

...... i presume there was a formula renault eurocup round on the same weekend at the same circuit

Gomik,
In fact Cesar Campaniço won the final leg of the Italian Championship geting him the 2nd place in the Champ.
He also got a 3rd place in the F. Renault Eurocup race.
Both races took place in Estoril.

Briscoe
Kubica
Campanico
Farfus
Salignon
Lopez
Lasee
Jani
Almeras

Farfus is champion.

Campanico won the Italina F.Renaut race and was 2nd behind team mate Briscoe in points.

Salignon on the French F.Renault race and had already won that title before getting to Estoril.

, that is fantastic news - must have almost given ryan a top 3 finish in the eurocup championship
