Does anybody know where you can see the F3000 series in Belgium

Why have you posted this Q in the KARTING forum? I don't like the term'Junior formulae' either but that seems to be where it is at the momment so we will have to put up with it.
Did you mean the FIA series or the Euro one? Either way the answer may be International Eurosport.They have covered evey FIA round this season mostly live.Brief highlights of Euro series.

Does anybody know of any sport bars, clubs or restos whatever in Canada, more precisely in Montreal, Quebec, where we could see FIA INTERNATIONAL F3000 races ?

I don't know about Canada, but it is sure that in the States you cannot watch it at all. I would write a letter to Speedvision, now they have a new name and new image, they could be interested. Or try to get Eurosport somehow.
