cos should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Phoenix/Prost/Skoda/TWR tyres?

Presumably both Bridgestone and Michelin don't have any obligation to supply this team with tyres for 2002....
As if Mazzacane, a four year old Arrows engine,a Prost chassis wasn't enough, now they have to beat the 107% rule with no tyres!

I am sure Michelin have signed a contract with the FIA saying that they will supply tyres to any team Bridgestone refuses to supply.

I am may be wrong, but I have a gut feeling that this is the case.

There was a news item yesterday which stated that Michelin could not supply another team at this late stage.

Neither Bridgestone nor Michelin want to supply an extra team.
