Blue Oval Bargwanna

IT'S OFFICIAL

Jason Bargwanna has signed to drive for Ford in the 2003 V8Supercar championship. The story was on Sports Tonight last night, with Bargwanna decked out in all the Ford Racing paraphernalia (spelling)?

He will drive in an expanded team with Mark Larkham.

Who will be in the 2nd GRM seat?

Hi all

I doubt Jason Richards is going to GRM after reading a story on sportsweb here in NZ. It says he is going to a team with a strong kiwi flavour - maybe the Simon Wills Dynamik team?

Where is the big uproar, calling Bargs a 'traitor' and so on

As a Ford man, it's nice to see that one of my favourite drivers has finally seen the light

Anyway, how good a development driver is Bargs? Will he be of any technical help to Larkham?

Im a holden fan , but i dont bother with the "traitor" tag , I supported Lowndes on his move and i will support Bargs on his move , Im a fan of the drivers and not the cars so to speak , but i still like to see Holden win (but at the same time would like Ford to get up there a bit more to liven things up)

Well I am a 'car' and 'driver' fan - Jason has always been a good bloke, nice to see him on the right side of the fence

50:50 wins between Holden and Ford is all I am after.

I think it's good to see a decent driver in a team that needs a push. That there a Ford team just adds to the mix.

I still think Holden could slot Nathan Pretty in the #35 car.

Bargs is almost a 5hite as cromley. Why don't teams take on decent drivers that don't act and talk like a 5 year olds whenever a tv camera is on them like Bargs does.

I'm with you on that, he raced the Monaro at Bathurst and want him in a seat. Wouldn't do a bad job either

It would also show that to get a competitive ride you don't have to go through Formula Ford and Formula Holden.
