Now that is what I call a strange grid . Where did those Toyota's come from?!

Can anyone who saw it (does anyone get Friday TV) explain - Williams (Montoya last sector, Ralf 1st sector), Mclaren, DC (2nd sector) in particular, Alonso (1st sector) - mistakes?

Renault, Macs, Wills, and Toy (no pun intended) all did 17s this morning. I'm a bit puzzled by the poor time from Macs, and even more because Will's.
Renault and Toyota look strong for tomorrow (saturday qualif) Look at that boy Button: the first Bridgestone (well, except new Ferraris) by almost a second. I think Bridgs tyres are suffering a bit here, and probably it is disguised by the new Ferr perfomance. |

Looks like that Sauber chassis is worse than we thought. Pizzonia won't be happy to be nearly 1 second off Webber's pace, that might be the final straw if he can't rescue it for tomorrow. Also a poor showing by JV.
Renault look very impressive on pace. I think the pressure must've got to Alonso, just as it always had to De La Rosa. The new Ferrari's pace is quite ominous. |

Doesn't seem to have any more of an advantage than the old Ferrari

Being serious.
Alonso looks promising and Da Matta too. Well do ne to him. Perhaps he's getting to grips with F1 now. And well done to Button. Quite a difference between him and JV. Notice the Macs and the Williams' are well down though. |

3 Bridgestones in the top ten! I suppose this is what they wanted as long as the Ferrari wins. I must give props to Michelin, they are definitely doing their jobs. I seriously doubt the Toyota's made such a huge leap in two weeks. Tires say it all.
Good job by Button, I assume he is running softer tires than JV or maybe JV made a mistake that I did not see. I have always said that qualifying is not JV's strong point so it may be the case here too. Maybe the team decided to run one car with more fuel to get a good feel for tomorrow!! The amount of testing that everyone does there, this is the most level playing field of the year. Everyone on the grid knows their way round Catalunya.
Great stuff from Jarno and Cris!! |

"Invest in Wilson" is a financial enterprise made by Jonathan Palmer and Justin Wilson to finance Justin's career.

He is techically a slave we can buy him and sell him (he has put shares in the market to anybody who wants support him).
We had a massa in F1 and now a slave, this is not going well with human rights! |
