Canadian Topples the Brits
After last weekends Fran AM race at Toronto, hall and bell are now 2+3 in the points with canadian Andrew Ranger leap frogging over the top 2..

Yeah, Ranger seems to be doing pretty well for being 16 years old. Though this is Fran-Am, and I'm still not sure how challenging the field is. We'll see I guess...

hey, they're all unknown to me . Although I have to admit Bell and Hall did put on an amazing show in Montreal, as did Ranger the next day I hear. Ranger's won two races thus far, but has also been fairly consistent.

I figured this guy Ranger must be good after hearing about the Montreal race. Hall and Bell are, as Bella puts it, good drivers indeed.
By the sounds of it, we shouldn't be too surprised to see Ranger end up in F3 in Britain or the Euroseries by say, 2005. |

Last year, the winner of the Fran Am 2000 was offerd a ride in the Renault V6 Series. Sprengler got it, but later signed for ASM in the F3 Euroseries. Will this years winner get the same price?

That is they get a Bell helmet and Momo prize if they display Decals with those names on the car.

I suppose the Nomex fireproof underwear might just be the most valuable part of the deal... could come in handy in those testosterone induced fires occuring off the track!

seems that the word is the Ranger has the backing to go all the way to the top... Not financially but as he's from quebec (scuse the spelling).

You're not alone, UKFFORDSTER! I thought it said "Canadian topless", and when I saw the paperclip next to the thread title, I was sure there would be a picture too! |
