Sorry to start my life here with what may be a dumb question, but which side of the fence will you be? Public or pro? At some circuits it makes no difference (other than the catch fencing) but at Oulton Park you're going to be hard pressed to get the best photo unless you can get behind the tyrewall on the inside at Knickerbrook or below the leap to get that classic shot of the Lodge.

I like the pit side of the track at Deer Leep.
A common place is on the outside at Lodge.
Old Hall can be exciting!!!
The new layout at Knickbrook allows photographers to get closer than ever before!!
