Extremely, and that makes the wait until next year even more unbearable.

We had 8 different winners in 5 different cars, off track drama and a title chase down to the wire. Triffic!

better than 2002 at least!! and just because TGF won again doesnt really take the fact that 2003 was the best championship race in years!!

A very enjoyable year, although I do miss the old style qualifying. I think a lot of the good racing came down to the competitiveness of the teams as opposed to the rule changes.

i will yes as well.

Ferrari didn't run away with it and the championship decider was taken to the last round witch hasn't happened for a good few years.

If Montoya and Raikkonen were more consistent in their performance, it would've brought us a real tie-breaker. Besides, after 2002, practically every season would've been good. Having said that, 2003 brought us some great races, some great victories and all in all it belongs in the top 3 of the past decade.

Much better than 2002. Montoya won, Alonso won, Raikkonen won, etc...

Definitely, the best F1 season since 1997. M Schumi may have won, but who cares? This season helped both Raikkonen and Montoya to realise that to win a championship you need to win more than 1 or 2 races in the year. Just finishing 2nd all the time isn't enough.

It was a classic season, no doubt about it. Imprved showings from Michelin, Williams and Raikkonen, coupled with the odd Ferrari slip-up, some suprrise circumstance sand the new rules ensured that it was a serious battle for most of the season, always hard to tell who was going to win, and most races weren't finished as contests by halfway through, unlike the previous few years. Ultimately, the right team and driver won too.

Don't of course, forget the reliability, or lack of it when it came to JPM and Kimi, in comparison to Michael

A very good season i thought. Ferrari, dispite winning both titles have reached the end of their "run" imo. Looking forward to 2004.

Totally agree.

A good season overall with lots of winners, including first victories for KR, Fisi, and Alonso (which is always good to see). And I won't be forgetting Barrichello's drive at Silverstone in a hurry!

It was a great season & the first season for some time that one team haven't had a huge advantage which is why the WDC went down to the last race.
