CAMS as a Legal Entity in Australia
I ask?
Is CAMS a Company (P/L or just L)or an Incorporated Association with a capacity to be nationally recognised or a series of State and/or Territory registered Associations with the Board members from each State and Territory acting as the National Board of Directors or vice versa? If an Incorporated Association, what form does Membership take and have the Members full voting rights ie can they tip out a Board? Are Competitors members or just licensed? Mike |
