Who is the Press conference interviewer?
I have always wondered this. Although you never see the face, it always sounds like the same person, and seems to have been the same person for years.
Who is he? How comes he gets to ask the questions? Does he work for Uncle Bernie, or is he a Press person? Who sets his questions? Why are only his questions televised? So many questions... Will |

I think I heard somewhere once that it is Prof. Sid Watkins' son? Beyond that I don't know, presuambly he's employed by the FIA press department.

i thought a whole host of people ask the questions not just the one person?
however we never hear the other reporters because there isn't enough time. ( Due to Coronation Street and other tripe) for example, A Daily mirror reporter stands up, says who they are and who they are representing and asks the question. Am I Wrong? can i have some calrification please |

They have a televised interview, by the same bloke each time. Then the floor is opened to everyone else, but we don't get to see this. However the transcript is normally available.
This confused Jim the Count at the weekend. Or he was pretending the conference was over so we don't know that there is more? I did know who the bloke was, but can't remember now |

Fan is correct.
Windsor also offers F1 commentary for Speed in the States in addition to his other journalistic duties. |
