According to the front of it - "the Official Publication" of the MSA - its sent out to MSA Licence Holders every quarter. And by MSA Licence Holders I mean Clerks of the Course, MSA Stewards, Rescue Crew, that kind of person.

Although it does have a price tag of £3 on the front page so it must be available for purchase - have a look at the web site - www.msauk.org and see if that gives you any clues if you are interested.

It contains things like changes to the Blue Book, Motor Sports Council Tribunal reports and various articles on how to get sponsorship or get started in motorsport.

Motor Sports Council Tribunal reports
Always a good laugh those - or it used to be before they decided to edit out the interesting details...

Best report I read was the father who threw his son's kart engine through the caravan window of a kids father who protested the legality of the engine.

I've noticed that karting and irresponsible parents seem to have more than their fair share of mentions in the tribunal section.

Is it little wonder there are sometimes so many problems when some of these kids graduate to Circuit racing

Or the father who threw a bucket of 'waste water' through the caravan window of the guy who had tuned his sons engines.

Note - from an inside source - I heard that the 'waste water' was in fact the contents of a chemical toilet!
