PQ attendance
Does anyone have any idea how many people attended the PQ Sunday? It seems quite popular nowadays.

i didn't look in the grandstands but there seemed a good number round the circuit and the stalls at the back of the paddock had a big crowd at lunchtime. considering we all wait patiently for the race to come around, it surprises me that more people don't come down for pq - the ferries are cheap, the hotels not fully booked, the weather is spring like, the atmosphere relaxed...great weekend all told.

I didn't see the news, but there's generaly 20 000/25 000 people at PQs...

much nicer than the race weekend in terms of getting around - BUT - invariably only 1/3 of the cars out there at any one time.
