Bring him back

Last night after watching speedweek and listening to to experienced tones of Mike Raymond I say CHANNEL TEN GET ON THE PHONE AND GET THE FAT MAN.

Anyone else agree?

I believe Mike Raymond will be doing the PROCAR post-produced coverage (hopefully not interrupted by the hiccup happening to PROCAR)

Mike Raymond and Big Darrell are why I looked to Commentary as a career change.
The Vocal dynamics these two use to entertain were the basis of what most of the Proffessionals use today.
Can't imagine anyone entering the CH10's Middle Earth world to claim Bill Woods throne (he is Lord Of Ring).
I agree it was great to hear Him although the demise of Grant Boyden who now has no job doesn't sit well with me.
Grant had given up alot and sacrificed his radio career to take on Procar full time.....what a waste.

Why a waste?

Even if the new Procar for whatever reason doesn't work out, AVE still films alot of things.

Mike Raymond was superb on Procars coverage last week and this morning. Look foward to seeing him on the rest of the channel 9 Procar coverages this year. Same BOydo as the work they are doing is the best motorsport coverage in aus

He is head of the production crew so he still has a job as far as I can see.

Kerri, he did a great job on the Clipsal package. Unlike that car salesman Eastlake, Mike Raymond generally knows what he is talking about. His only problem was his volume knob, which appears to have now been fitted with a resistor
