Redracer77 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Combe gear ratios

I am going to do the Castle Combe FF1600 double header on August bank holiday and could do with knowing what gear ratios I will need?

Will there be a big crowd?

Cheers

Oh yes, big crowds.
It'll be a culture shock for you seeing a big crowd. You aren't used to them at either the Reebok Stadium, or Oulton Park.

Also if the race is on a bank holiday Monday do they have testing on the Saturday? Or is it still the Friday?

Testing is normally on the thursday, but it is popular so get your entry in soon. Having been to Combe last thursday remember that their noise limit is rigerously (?) enforced at 108dB.
Having spectated a number of times myself, if the weather is okay I think you will be amazed at the number of spectators.
Despite the chicanes it is still a great circuit and the sequence of bends from the last chicane leading all the way up to quarry is one of my all time favourite sections of track.
Have fun

If you can take the Friday off work, castle combe and surrounding areas is one of the most beautiful in the country. Castle Combe is the one circuit that my family actually want to come down to as the viewing at Quarry is excellent and I always take them shopping in bath on the friday.

I hope the answer isn't in Module 4, session 7, as that isn't due until September.

Come to Malmesbury, it's lovely if you've never been there before (but gets a bit boring when you live here.....)

I recommend Swindon (deisgner outlet) and Bristol (Cribbs Causeway) for shopping, and of course where I work for dinner!
