Webber to Toyota?
Is this possible? We are all thinking Jag, Renault or Williams (and lets face it, they are the safe money), but why not Toyota?
Contract are'nt an issue (they certainly have the $$$) and apart from not being South American (or any other nationality that sells cars) he fits the bill perfectly. Could a Webber/Coultard combination bring Toyota to the front? In an interview with RPM here is OZ, hey mentioned Toyota as the 'sleeping giant'. |

For sure Mark in Toyota would be Ideal . Mark is a futrue champ and Toyota have the cash and the staff to take to the top it would be smart for Flav to put Mark into Toyota.
Ralf and MARK would be close to the strongest driver lineup's sounds like a ++ or win win to me . IMHO I would pefer Mark in a Toyota than a williams and money may not have to change hands I'm sure a driver swap with Ryan to Jag would not hurt the big cat to much |

Well, Webber and Toyota might be a perfect match IMO. It certainly is possible. In formula 1 almost everything is possible.
A Webber/Coulthard combination could bring Toyota furtherup, but as you said: Toyota would probably choose for an European/(South)-American combination: R. Schumacher and DaMatta/Zonta, i would pick. |

Er how many cars are Toyota running next season? Judging from the "rumour mill" it must be around six!

It might work, if Mr Gascoyne gets his way in the design office.... the motor is all right, the chassis is not...
Would prefer Webber at Ferrari however |

Remember that just this week, one fo teh Toyota big-wigs said that they "have no space in their squad" to hire Dixon, which appears to imply that at least one current driver will stay, and the other space appears earmarked for Ralf or DC.
Mark, why would you prefer Mark at Toyota rather than Williams? |

Toyota might be good in the longe term AFTER Ralf sorts it (if he does). The short term future might be Williams and Renault (Alonso would prefer Trulli though).

As we know, the 'word' is Webber to Williams and Ralf to Toyota. But why not Webber to Toyota? They have work to do to get back on track, but there's little doubt that he'd be racing nearer the front in a Toyota next year than a Jaguar.
Depends whether Sir Frank rates Webber as highly as many fans do. If he does, then the 'word' is probably right, and Ralf will get the chance to rise like a phoenix from the land of the rising sun. Or something... |

The only reason why anyone would go to Toyota is for a big paycheck. It's going to be a while until they get it together. Maybe..

Look at Renault's turnaround under Mr G.
Two seasons max and they'll probably getting podiums. |
