I only saw a little bit, but it was OK. Hindy and Marino Franchitti did sterling service on commentary. The commentary did fade in and out a bit at the beginning, and more frequent graphics to keep you up to date would have been nice, but still - five and a half hours of live sportscar racing oughtn't to be sniffed at.

I'll only be a highlights show, and I wanted to watch the whole race as i'm on holiday and have a day to laze about infront of the TV

The coverage was good, IMO, except one thing (we had to suffer to for ALMS and previous LMES races too) : too much time spent on the cars in the pitlane, instead to focus on battles on course on the track.
The french comment was quite good too, but maybe not very enthousiastic/fun - Franck Lagorce, who did comment on some ALMS races - was clearly missing... Whatever... it was great to have the whole coverage ! |

Although I was at the race I lost track with what was going on after two or so hours not that it spoilt my enjoyment. I must admit I was somewhat disappointed with the highlights program on Motors. I still don't know what happened to the works Zytek! In the highlights program all I see is the car losing the lead in the pits and then next time its shown its running fourth.
