Its a possibilty but I need to know
a) What time is night race
b) Is there a BRSCC meeting the following day
c) What time will the restaurant/bar close

I can then work out if I have time to eat, go home (too cold for camping) and still return for next day.

Hello Peter,

My calendar can't help answer questions a) and c) but for b) it does show a Winter Series meeting on the Sunday (21st).

The race will finish by 9 but I will not have to offical time till later. But with this being late in the year the race can get underway quiet early on as it will be dark by about 6.
There will be a party open to all offcials at the end of the meet and everyone is invited.I presume this will be held in the kentagon but I will let you know more nearer the time. The bar will be open till 11 as far as I know.

I have volunteered for this one, it was down on the sheets that were sent out at the beginning of the season. Just seen the post on the national club forum that it is going to be open to some more classes of cars, I hope they get the numbers they need. A party afterwards for the marshals is a very kind thought and I'm sure it will be well attended by those that are going, see you there.

johndpeat, Hope there aren`t any snags.... Not being pessimistic or anything but usually when something looks this good on paper something goes wrong!!!

Britain`s best saloon car series, Britain`s (the world`s??) best circuit AND all in a Le Mans style... CAN`T WAIT!!

Must admit I was a bit sceptical about last year`s but it happened (shame about the weather!!)... I`m not an orange one but if there are any reading this then volunteer NOW!! - you`ll only end up getting dragged around Christmas shopping if you don`t!!

Elio all I can say at the moment is the Provisonal timetable is out on the website and we have all the relevent permits for it to go ahead all we need now are a few more marshal to ensure we are sufficently covered.

Is it worth starting a new thread about the remaining EERC dates, rather than this one just titled for the Brands events (or can the mods change the title?).

(I'll be at Croft & Donington BTW )

Al.

We are okay with the marshal levels at the other meetings but just thought I would ask if anyone looking here wanted to help.It is really Brands we need the help for.If you get a chance pop in to the pits and say Hi Alan.

I'm down to be there but thought I would add that at the moment the race has to finish at 6.30 rather than the advertised 8pm, maybe that will encourage a few more to come along. See you there.

Not sure where you heard that Claire but we were running till 8 last year. From what I have seen of the Timetable we will not be able to start thr britcar race till 6 because of all the other racing we have on.
