Will his Reynard's lack of downforce translate into less drag if they're running the road course wings?

Not necessarily but its possible. Just because they have less overall downforce, doesn't mean that at a low-downforce setting vs. the Lola's low-downforce setting will have less drag. Also its possible even on a roadcourse with the Reynard having less downforce,that they could still have even more drag than a Lola running higher downforce.
