Steve Gibson should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Croft Training Day (sausage & mash bash)

A good day was had by all, even the weather was kind to us, The catering apparently was prety good as the sausages served at lunch time actually had meat in them unlike the ones usually served at sporting venues that have only been close to meat ie driven past a field full of animals on the way to the wholesalers.
Any positive and or negative comments invited.

Very thankful for the catering Mr Gibson, much appreciated.

And a good day seemed to be had by all. Hopefully everyone learned at least one thing today.

I picked up loads, as so few flaggies and in with the observers training very useful. Hope it makes me a bit better for the coming season. Lots to look forward to at Croft
all the usual club meetings, legends my favourite, great that BSB returning, and hear that the VW Beetle uniroyal series coming to Croft. New one to me. always pleased when there is something new to have a go at. See all on the bank. GW

...plus the return of GTs to the May 7th/8th meeting, nice to have them back. Two 'bits of a do' with the now legendary catering a la Gibson (Aug b/h weekend + Sept 24/25), the August meeting including the 4 hr Uniroyal race. Plus the BTCC, BSB, and a visit from the HSCC make it a season I'm looking forward to.

As always all visitors made most welcome, especially those wanting to have a go behind the armco for the first time. Easy access from the A1 (Scotch Corner), camping available, tea/coffee at sign-on, lunch vouchers for full days, and a few dodgy characters to hang around with after the day's finished toshare a liquid refreshment or two.
