FIA GT fuel consumption and tire wear

I got bored the other day, and decided to make a list of the FIA GT cars, and all important parts.

But, there are two things that I just can't find - and maybe it's very obvious that I can't, but I wanted to hear if any of you knew, anyway...
How much fuel does a GT-car eat on a kilometer or mile? And what about N-GT?
And, how long does soft, hard, and wet tires hold in kilometers?

Thanks in advance

Fuel consumption depends on track.
With two pitstops and max fuel capacity of 100 ltr
You try to use exactly that over 1/3 of the race distance.
With engine at full power, a car reaches about 15 ltr short.

So, what you're saying is, that they eat 200 litres of fuel on 1/3 of the race, as I would guess the last stop you're talking about is the driver-change also, or?

It can vary quite a lot on engine set-up, how good the driver is in the car (how much they can conserve fuel during a race) how hard they are on the throttle, what track it is, what the weather conditions are.

A Porsche flat 6 will run better fuel economy that say a Ferrari V8. (The TVR straight 6 is better at using less fuel than a V8 too)

There are so many things that can affect the amount of fuel you can use and the wear on the tyres. Car/suspension set-up will affect the tyre wear dramatically if the engineer has got his sums wrong!

Ok...

Well, what about the tyres? How far can soft, hard and wet tires actually go? (do they use intermediates?) I'm guessing 200 km for a hard tyre, or is that totally wrong?

And yes, I know that temperature and stuff affects the wear of the tyre, but... just an average number... is that wrong, or? I just want to have a little to look at - I'm not gonna sit around and calculate from their setups

Which bit of 'there's no way to really tell die to set-up, driving style and circuit characteristics' are you not understanding???!!!

There's no set mileage or kilometre limits to tyre wear, it's dependant upon how well the drivers can makethem last, how abrasive the track is, how well the car is set up. It's not an exact science.

However, I would imagine that hard compound tyres will last a good deal longer than soft compound, but would also guess that they offer less grip, especially in the early stages of them being on the car. Wets, will depend on how wet it is I guess, as dry or drying tracks eat them up and shred them very quickly.

Haha, sorry Just figured that there might be someone who had some numbers of experience... but, instead I made a table of the Monza-results with pit-stops, so I can fairly well see how often they do what... Thanks anyway

That's the way it should be but i think about two years ago the Ferraris could go the whole race with only one stop as opposed to the Porsches who needed two. I don't remember how they managed it though...
