Sorry I have no idea where I should put this thread really, (moderators feel free to punt it)

Friday March 25th - LOTUS/Mondello Park Tsunami Fund Raiser

It's for a good cause but has'nt been advertised very well so I'm trying to spread it far an wide. (alot of people will be off work and maybe some of you will be visiting from overseas for the long weekend.)

What will there be to do and see on the day?
- Exclusive track sessions for Lotus owners.
- A unique opportunity to take the passenger seat beside a professional racing driver for some 'hot laps' around the Mondello track in a Lotus Elise 111R or purpose built race car, for just €50. (Gavin Kershaw will be there)
- Celebrity Drag Race - Familiar faces from television, politics and sports along with some of Irelands top models go head to head.
- Childrens Karting
- Bouncing Castles etc.
- Stunt Driving
- Classic Car Displays
- Simulators

Might turn out to be a bit naff, but you'll be giving a Tenner to charity and there will be cars on track , what more can you ask for on a friday after noon.

I hope the even gets plenty of support from us punters , more support it gets the better the chances of events like it in the future.
