Calling all Pit Marshals - Donington 24th April

After the meeting at Mallory when we had so many pit marshals we almost outnumbered the pit crews , I now find that for the meeting at Donington on 24th April there are just two of us.

The programme for racing is:

Legends Heat 1
Open Sports Racing Series
Legends Heat 2
Formula Renault
Legends Heat 3
BARC Clubmans Cup
Legends - Pre final
Opens Sports Racing Series
Sports Saloons
Legends Final

The words LUNCH BREAK appear between 12.20 and 13.15 and racing starts at 13.30

As always, I will be providing tea, coffee, hot chocolate and Jelly Babies, so if you would like to come along and assist, please contact Sara Wernham (Karen Coddington's successor) at BARC HQ 0n 01264 882210.

Ta.

Sheila

Well, as I got my tickets in the post yesterday, I must be the other one.
OK, no problem. I'll do posts 1 and 24 and I'll run like billiyo with bottles between the two. Then I'll do 2 & 23 'cause I'm nearest and fan out that way
You do post 12 and fan out either way. I reckon posts 5 and 17 will be double manned by two of us at some point during the day.
Scrub lunch.
And we'll have to stick blue flags on our backs like orange samurai.
Sorted.
OK?

Oooh Steve, could you really? It will be a busy day unless we get some more people but I'd be glad to see you.

What about the rest of the family? Is 'Erself back from Down Under yet?

Sheila

Looking at the timetable I have every confidence that it will happen.

Nice words please, Steve - I could use her help!

I hope you are behaving yourself while Lynne is away!

Am at Brands Hatch for 24.04.2005 (750MC). Thought I might have seen you at Donington today to tell you in person.

Enjoy your day at Brands - sorry I wasn't at Donington to see you but I was digging the garden!

By way of a PS - forgot to mention that the tea is either instant or Earl Grey depending on your taste! (We do civilised in the pit lane sometimes!)
