Why do the best drivers always lose out to those with money??

Pedro De La Rosa and Marc Gene are two of the best in the world , and are forced into testing roles while drivers uncapable of being competitive in 2CV racing such as Gaston Mazzacane get seats?? Lets hope that Pedro gets a drive for Jaguar next year , and Marc replaces Schuey Jr at Williams.
Gene and Button at BMW Williams would be quite a team.....

When I was in Portugal, I noted the people were generally very friendly, but the traditional music Fado that is sung in Lisboa is very sad.
