Well, on a postive note, I am going to venture that the race will be more interesting than last year.

You may well be right and I hope you are. On the darker side........ Strategists - take your marks, get set and g----------------- osh, did we really do that..................? Which, as you ventured Dutton, may well make for interesting viewing. Thanks ST. |

Well, aye, it is clearly going to be a strategic affair (like all races, really).
I am venturing it is going to be an intriguing strategic battle, rather than one without any real tension to it. Which, me thinks, is what you were getting at. The other "darkside" aspect of what I am suggesting could be said that it could be a notable improvement on last year and remain distinctly unimpressive.... |

I hope it bloody well rains! The Hungaroring doesn't produce the most exciting races.

The only other hope we have is that Nissany has to replace one of Minardi's regular drivers and then holds everyone up when they try to pass him on around about lap three.

Although people bang on about how qualifying is important at Hungary, they forget to mention that even more important is to qualify on the clean side of the grid.
P5 can be better than P2 in extreme cases. 40C on Saturday, ouch... |

Holy le smoke rouge!
schumacher nailed the POLE for the GP!! does this mean the Bridgies are up to snuff? have they figured something out, and will Ferrari make a run for the top spot-in legitimate fashion? wow almost a second up! 0.897 advantage. Ferrari ferrari hooray |

I hear a whisper that Ferrari's tyres are actually Michelins in disguise....
...but I can't back that up. ![]() |
