Allen Mead should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Anyone going to Lydden This Weekend?

I'm popping down on Saturday with Bertmk2 from here, anyone else going? I'll most likely be wearing a VXRacing fleece and Bertmk2 some lairy combat trousers, come and say hello!

Rather obviously I'll be there, not entirely sure what time it all kicks off yet (be an early one though). If you wade through this thread:

http://tentenths.com/forum/showthrea...0&page=1&pp=15

You should be able to work out who else is going from on here....

Can someone bump this to trackside please? Allen's obviously hit the booze early today and posted in the wrong forum

No debris fencing at Lydden so with your lens you should able to stand just about anywhere and get decent pictures. The hairpin, exit of Paddock and exit of Chessons are normally pretty good, the elbow is good too but difficult to get a good shot of from the spectator side of the fence (ideally you'd be on the central banking near the entrance to the rallycross section at paddock).

Just after Kent Motorcycles - where the sign says Lydden Hill Race Circuit. Am I helping?

Should be a good day, weather looks like it'll be ok and if the racing is up to normal standard it'll be a cracker

Unfortunately Mike was poorly (so he tells me!) so couldn't make it to Lydden. If anyone has any shots from the URS Classic FF1600 race that they wouldn't mind appearing on a popular website, please PM me.

If I was too ill to make it to Lydden, no way was I forking out 25 quid for the BTCC this year!

Seriously, I was feeling rough, got a bit of a cough and cold on at the moment, that on it's own doesn't stop me, but I had a bad headache from cracking it on a shelf, and driving 120 miles was not a fun experience. Well, I got 30...
