The only F1 driver that had been in a comic had been Ayrton with "Senninha". Does that put Alonso on Senna's level?
I guess it's good because it kind of makes F1 more mainstream. (even more, that is) |

I thought I had seen some old french comics with Jim Clark in them once.
He wasn't battling space villians however. Just doing something mundane, like driving a racecar. |

Don't forget Michel Vaillant, a popular French comic where several F1 and sportscar racers were presented... Even it was a film about Vailliant three years ago...
