On Champcar fanatics forum there is a rumor that the ALMS could added to the grandprix Edmonton in 2007. Has anyone heard anything? I really hope this is true because Cascar is crap-they are thw worlds most expensive hobbystocks. Bring on the ALMS and the LMPS and we can have these style car back here just on the old days and the Canam at EIS.

Aww, don't knock CASCAR -- they have been one of the more entertaining races in Toronto for the past few years - nothing moves the walls around like these guys! They bring out near on 40 big stockcars onto a narrow street circuit, and all Hell breaks loose. Gotta love it!
Wait until this summer and see what I mean... |

Must agree with Rich on this one, they were impresive and fun to work in Toronto lats year.
Not sure how they will cope with turns 4- 5 at Edmonton though, they will have trouble with the hollow turning into a swimming pool if it rains again. ALMS round Edmonton, yes that would be good too, but I thought OWCC is going with Grand-A|m this year for shared events. |
