BTW....

The IRL Site does not have an Entry List posted yeat, so keep your eyes open for it before posting picks...

Let's see who actually shows up to race....

Remember that Hemergarn lost two cars on Sunday, and we don't know yet who will be running Panoz chassis....especially when it comes to Ganassi and Fernandez/Aguri

deejay has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
I would guess Ganassi will be going for the Panoz. It was their plan for the year and was certainly proven right at St Pete (if they could have kept the front wing attached!)

Maybe Dixon in Panoz and Wheldon in a Dallara though is possible. Dan didn't seem to cope so well with the Panoz at St Pete.

Since the field was set based on combined practice times from June 2 due to fog, here are your Qualifying results:

DrDisque was the only one to pick Helio, and he was closest to the Pole speed as well, which gives him 6 pts wth the bonus.

In the "Top Three Rows," Tim had 7 pts with five of six and 2 in the correct spots, Marcus and DrDisque had 6 pts each, AlwaysFirst had 5pts and Flavinha 4 pts.

Tim had Giaffone as the slowest for 2 pts.

All but Marcus had Helio as the Fastest Dallara for 2 pts.

All scored with Dixon as the Top Panoz qualifier.

Point totals thus far:

1. DrDisque - 16 pts.
2. Tim - 13 pts.
3. AlwaysFirst - 9 pts.
4. Flavinha - 8 pts.
(tie) Marcus - 8 pts.

Good Luck Tomorrow!!!

I always seem to do well with my picks for the road course races, but then I've been doing well with all my picks in general lately.

Well, we'll see next week, Texas is a track I've consistently had trouble with.
