Just read on an American site that 2004 NASCAR truck champion Bobby Hamilton has died from cancer aged 49

Very sad news. He will be dearly missed by the nascar family and all his fans. Also hope Benny Parsons gets better aswell (atleast he is cancer free at the moment)

loss of a driver a good free thinking business man too- his craftsman truck operation did well very well, and he did it all himmself from tennessee- so far from the Carolina center of nascar- go Bobby- i hope you can race them angels up there

I have just added this to the Ten Tenths anniversaries on the front page and after adding it I noticed that it is Bobby Hamilton Jnr's 28th Birthday today as well
