That's a bit of a shock, loved watching that awesome BMW on You Tube. That picture looks like it was a very heavy impact. Sad news indeed, I'm sure everybodies thoughts are with his family at this time.

Yes very sad news i have been reading Race Car Enginerring and the artical on Georg and his sensational car Sad loss condolences to family and friends...

Very, very sad news this, Georg had just built a beautiful new car for 2011 and this fatality allied to the death of Lionel Regal is a tragoc blow for what I consider to be one of the most spectacular and interesting forms of European motorsport.
Let's hope the main guys can stay safe for many years to come |
