How many F3000 cars will be at Monza? 15, 14... Place your bets!

The F3000 is in crissis, and the number of seats avaliable are lesser than during the start of the year. Start your bets how many cars will be present at Monza.

The last time i saw f3000 this year there were 16 cars and that was a few rounds ago so i would say it will be like that for monza, unless more teams have withdrawn within the pass few weeks.

16 at least. The teams that ran one car in Hungary will surely appear with 2 cars. Will Den Bla Avis return, as has been rumoured?

AFAIK they don't get shown on Eurosport unless 16 cars are present. That's the motivation that's been forcing teams to hand out cheap & free drives.

Result: 15 cars at Monza. Oliver Tichy tried to sub injured Schroeder at PSM-ISR-Charouz, but failed to catch the drive and then the team presented only Janis for the last F3000 event.

Only 14 started because Sam Hancock crashed in the pitlane before the race started.

Is that why Eurosport bumped their coverage from Saturday night to 01:30 AM Sunday night then?

Even if Eurosport give it the boot, ITV have to show it don't they??

....and there's always Motors TV!

Bloody hell, it was only five years ago they had forty cars turning up each round, and had to send a stack of them home before the race!
